Here is a cool compilation of FLIR footage from some A-10s. Notice how quickly all of the 30MM rounds impact an area. At a fire rate of 3,900 rounds a minute, something like 65 high explosive rounds a second impact a position. Who needs cluster bombs when we can spray that kind of death from the A-10.
